Dear Ms Nugent,
In regards to initial review committee
statement of May 22, 2007 of Michael Chesnis, it has been
brought to my attention by Michael that several inaccurate
quotes are within this statement.
In paragraph four, page one, I know there are
100 of victims from other states. This line is an inaccurate
quote.
In paragraph four, page two, Mr. Chesnis
lawyer has photographs of Father Szantyr getting out of the
driver’s side of his own car and walking in and out of
church with no assistance. This line is an inaccurate quote.
It is the request of Michael that the
inaccurate quotes be removed or blacked out of his
statement.
